Photo: Phil Anderson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leah Oates is the founder of Station Independent Projects, originally a Lower East Side gallery in NYC at two venues from 2012 to 2017. Oates received a B.F.A. from The Rhode Island School of Design and an M.F.A. from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship for Postgraduate study at Edinburgh College of Art in Scotland.
