During the month of May experience over 180 lens-based exhibitions, site-specific installations, and commissioned projects by artists and photographers at museums, galleries, and public spaces throughout Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scotiabank<\/strong> CONTACT Photography Festival 20<\/strong>23 showcases an outstanding selection of Canadian and international lens-based artists. The Festival\u2019s Core Exhibitions<\/a> are comprised of collaborations with major museums, galleries, and artist-run centres as well as site-specific public art projects. These are cultivated through partnerships and commissions, and frame the cultural, social, and political events of our times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Open Call Exhibitions<\/a> and Outdoor Exhibitions<\/a> present a range of works by local and international artists at leading galleries and alternative spaces across the city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Festival also includes a wide range of Programs<\/a> including a book fair, artist talks, tours, workshops and screenings. CONTACT exhibitions and programs are free and open to the public, with some exceptions at major museums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
