The <em>Off The Wall Fundraiser and Gala<\/em> is an annual gathering in which the attendee\u2019s who purchased tickets wait for their number to be drawn and when it is &#8211; they have sixty seconds to chose the piece of art off the wall they want to take home with them.<span style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.artoronto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rsz_img_3668.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-31671\" title=\"rsz_img_3668\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artoronto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rsz_img_3668.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"249\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/v2.artoronto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rsz_img_3668.jpg 768w, https:\/\/v2.artoronto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rsz_img_3668-112x150.jpg 112w, https:\/\/v2.artoronto.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/rsz_img_3668-187x250.jpg 187w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 249px) 100vw, 249px\" \/><\/a>Installation view<\/p>\n<p>Joseph Muscat, Partnerships Chair of the gallery said that although the interest in<em> Off The Wall<\/em> has dropped a bit since the first year, the turnout was still great. Though perhaps in the galleries coming years they might switch up the idea and try something new. She mentioned that she has happily participated since the events inception in 2011. As him and gallery director Nathan Heuvingh drew the tickets people let out excited gasps as their numbers were called and they rushed to grab their choices. She came in late and had a selection of options that she would be thrilled to take home.
